What is the Welsh 15 Peaks Challenge?
The challenge involves climbing all 15 peaks in a single push, traditionally within 24 hours. You’ll journey through three dramatic mountain ranges:
The Carneddau – Wild and remote ridges, a real test of stamina.
The Glyderau – Stunning rock formations, including Glyder Fach, Glyder Fawr, and the iconic Tryfan.
The Snowdon Massif – Home to Wales’ highest peak, Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), and the legendary Crib Goch ridge.
The full challenge covers around 31 miles (50km) with over 4,000m of ascent – equivalent to climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in a single day.
